Please read these warranty terms carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from TANClearanceStore, you agree to the terms outlined below. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. Manufacturer’s Warranty
Most of our products include the manufacturer’s warranty.
It is the customer’s responsibility to register the product with the manufacturer within 28 days of purchase.
Failure to register within this period may result in both the manufacturer’s warranty and TANClearanceStore’s warranty being void.
2. TANClearanceStore Warranty
For products not eligible for a manufacturer’s warranty, TANClearanceStore provides a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Customers must notify us within 28 days of purchase if this applies. Failure to do so may void both the manufacturer’s and TANClearanceStore’s warranty.
3. Scope of Warranty
This warranty covers mechanical faults only, confirmed by our in-house technicians.
Faults caused by misuse, negligence, power surges, accidents, or alterations are not covered.
Warranty service is return/collection to and from our base only. All associated costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
4. Remedies
If a repair is not possible, you will be offered either:
A like-for-like replacement, or
A similar product of equal value.
Warranty claims are generally resolved within 28–45 days from receipt of the item.
5. Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected. This includes the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty or not as described.
