1. General
Our website is operated by TANClearance, registered in Unit 7, New BartholomewSt, Digbeth, Birmingham, B5 5QS. We sell kitchen appliances, bathroom/shower equipment & accessories, electrical items, and general DIY items
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must comply with all applicable UK laws when using our website.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display product details accurately, including specifications, images, and descriptions.
All items sold are either:
- End-of-line, ex-disllay, damaged packaging, unused but packaging open returns from major retailers, or
- Slightly damaged (factory seconds) or “graded” items.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions and images. By purchasing, you confirm you have inspected the product information and all pictures in full and understand its condition.
4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order. Acceptance occurs when your item is dispatched.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payments via [ most major credit & debit cards, business bank transfer, online invoicing, GooglePay, ApplePay & PayPal].
Payment is required in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available to mainland England & Wales, along with Glasgow & Edinburgh in Scotland only. If you require delivery outside these areas, we may be able to deliver with the addition of a surcharge.
We aim to dispatch items promptly, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Standard delivery is kerbside delivery only. Drivers are not obliged to carry items inside your property.
For damaged or missing deliveries, please contact us immediately via our contact form on the website.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original condition with the packaging it was delivered in.
Customers bear the full cost of all returns unless the product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
8. Warranty
Most products include the manufacturer’s warranty. Products must be registered with the manufacturer within 28 days of purchase. Failure to do so will void both the manufacturer’s and our own warranty.
For products not eligible for manufacturer’s warranty, we must be informed within 28 days of purchase if the product is not eligible for manufacturer’s warranty, so we provide a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty claims must be submitted via our website or customer support email.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.
