We specialise in end-of-line, slight seconds, damaged packaging, and unused returns from major retailers.
All products come with a minimum 6-month warranty, unless the manufacturer’s warranty is longer.
Product descriptions are made in good faith. Colours, sizes, or specifications may vary slightly from those shown on the website.
Customers are deemed to have carefully reviewed all product images and read the full product description before purchase. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they are buying a graded product, which may have minor cosmetic defects, damaged packaging, or other imperfections, and that they accept the condition of the item as described.
TANClearanceStore is not responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from cosmetic defects or minor imperfections that are clearly disclosed in the product description or images.
3. Orders

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
We accept all payment methods shown at checkout.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are charged at the price at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available across mainland UK only.
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Standard delivery is kerbside delivery only (may or may not be palletised). Drivers are not required to carry items inside the property.
Any damage or loss during delivery must be reported to us immediately.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Buyers pay full return postage unless the product is faulty or not as described.
For faulty or incorrect items, please contact us via the website before returning the item.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund, as permitted under UK consumer law.
We are not liable for cosmetic imperfections or minor defects in graded products that are clearly described or pictured on the website.
