Delivery Method
Orders are delivered either by TANClearanceStore directly or by trusted third-party courier partners.
Standard delivery is kerbside delivery only (may or may not be palletised). Drivers are not required to carry items inside a property or beyond the delivery threshold.
Any assistance provided by a driver to move items inside a property is entirely at the driver’s discretion, is not part of the contracted delivery service, and may incur an additional charge payable directly to the driver. TANClearanceStore accepts no liability for such assistance.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery is typically completed within up to 10 working days, unless an alternative timeframe is agreed at the time of purchase.
Where no specific delivery timeframe has been agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days, in line with UK consumer law.
Deliveries may take place on weekdays, weekends, or evenings, depending on courier scheduling and route planning.
Customers will be contacted at least one day prior to delivery to confirm availability and acceptance of the delivery date. Failure to respond or accept may result in delivery delays or re-delivery charges.
Packaging Condition
Products may be delivered with or without original packaging.
Packaging condition does not affect the functionality of the product and is not grounds for refusal of delivery.
Inspection and Reporting Issues
Customers are encouraged to inspect items as soon as possible after delivery.
Any visible damage, missing parts, or delivery-related issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery to allow us to investigate promptly.
This 24-hour notification request is intended to assist with logistics and does not limit or affect your statutory rightsunder the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Risk and Acceptance
Responsibility for the goods remains with TANClearanceStore until the items are delivered into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person nominated by you.
Acceptance of delivery does not remove or reduce your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
